About The Study
Do you struggle with sleep, leaving you feeling anxious or impacting your daily life? If you're 25 years or older and experience sleep disturbance, People Science invites you to participate in a new, at-home clinical study examining the effects of an investigational probiotic, BoostBac™.
This research aims to understand how the new probiotic, BoostBac™, impacts individuals who report having sleep issues. By collecting data on your sleep quality, anxiety levels, mood, and overall quality of life before and after taking the supplement, we hope to determine if an investigational probiotic product called BoostBac™ can be a safe and effective way to improve overall sleep and well-being.
Participate entirely from the comfort of your own home—no clinic visits required!
Start by completing a short, confidential online questionnaire to see if you qualify. If you qualify, you'll complete brief online surveys about your medical history and current medications. Over the course of the study, you will answer daily and weekly online surveys about your symptoms and mood, wear an Oura ring to objectively track and measure your sleep and complete two simple at-home stool sample collections.
All the information you provide is strictly anonymized to protect your privacy. Once the study concludes, the analyzed results will be shared directly with you, along with the research team, giving you personal insights into your health and sleep patterns.
